2 – Intellectual property and counterfeit

ALPHADIF SAS owns all intellectual property rights and holds all usage rights for the content available on the website, namely the texts, images, graphic designs, logos, videos, architectures, icons and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site’s content – regardless of the medium or process used – is prohibited unless previously authorised in writing by ALPHADIF SAS.

Any unauthorised utilisation of the website or any of its contents will be considered as counterfeit and pursued legally as such in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

 

3 – Limitation of liability

ALPHADIF SAS cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when visiting the https://seamaid.app site.
